Flashcard wins again under Rob Hornby

The Andrew Balding-trained Flashcard made it 2 from 2 at Salisbury on Friday winning in smooth style. Flashcard was purchased by Lillingston Bloodstock for €36,000 as a yearling. Under Rob Hornby the 2yo colt had some cover to learn more but around the 1 pole he was going so well Rob eased him into the lead to win comfortably. This was job done under his penalty and life will get more interesting for him going forwards. He is likely to take up his engagement in the valuable Tattersalls Ireland sales race at the Curragh in mid September. He is a very exciting colt to have unearthed and will have a bright future.
